We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be emailed to you as a digital gift card within 5-7 business days.
